REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At The Nail Mail Co, we are committed to providing high-quality professional nail products.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURNS
Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any gel polish, nail products, or related cosmetic items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or had their seals broken.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
• Be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the return request.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit.
